Monitors and enforces the compliance of Sunsweet safety policies, programs and procedures. Identifies production floor hazards and coordinates the hazard abatement program to eliminate identified hazards.
The position exists to perform any and all cleaning duties relative to kitchenware or the dining area; to unload food supplies and restock the supply room; to assist in line cooking when volume and/or managerial discretion determines it is appropriate; and to fulfill any pressing need that is required to maintain an appropriate level of customer service.
Responsible for the day-to-day order fulfillment process for all assigned retail customer accounts
Communicates with company sales representatives, brokers and customers on the status of assigned accounts
Conducts daily maintenance and performs improvements on assigned accounts
Performs as a back-up on other markets covered by fellow customer service representative team members
Under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Technician is responsible for maintaining the Accounts Payable system by performing clerical tasks, analyzing the accuracy of vendor invoices, vendor data and data entry. The Accounts Payable Technician is also responsible for ensuring all vendor invoices represent correct payable amounts before processing. To ensure the most favorable payment arrangements, the Accounts Payable Technician must monitor vendor terms and discounts.
Develop standard costs in a variety of new product developments in a manufacturing process costing platform. Assist in quarterly budget/update preparation. Evaluate profitability of new products in collaboration with Marketing, Production Operations, Quality Control and Purchasing Departments. Apply principles of cost accounting in comparing actual cost to estimates and analyze variances. Provide detailed cost information not supplied by general accounting systems. Close and settle production work orders and analyze variances. Provide monthly material usage variances for co packers. Develop customer co pack fees. Analyze freight absorption rates. Prepare month end reports and analysis. Provide accounting technical support in an integrated SAP environment. Assist in testing/implementation of automation and enhancements in SAP applications. Perform other duties as requested.
The marketing administrative assistant is responsible for performing activities for the marketing and sales department. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments and meetings, word processing, and travel arrangements. As a marketing administrative assistant, responsibilities also include assisting the marketing team in organizing meetings, preparation for trade shows/events, monitoring social media sites, recording expenses, and creating presentations.
Establish and promote maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions and recommends measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accident and health hazards in compliance with OSHA and CAL-OSHA regulations.
Ensure corporate environmental, health and safety programs are in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Analyzes loss control data and submit results and recommended corrective actions to senior management.
Manage corporate Workers' Compensation and Loss Control program through effective claim management and work practices.
Support internal customer audits.
Develop and administer 20-plus OSHA EH&S programs.
Develop and deliver a variety of training modules to support regulatory and corporate requirements.
Interpret the Collective bargaining Agreement in providing feedback to employees with questions concerning seniority entitlements and related matters.

Sunsweet Growers has an immediate opening for a 3rd shift Mechanic in its year-round juice processing facility in Fleetwood, PA. Competitive wage and benefit package with overtime. The Fleetwood Plant operates on a Monday thru Friday schedule, with Saturday work as overtime if nececessary. This plant closes for all major Holidays.
